Why I built this
I could never remember the furnace filter size. Or when we last had anything serviced. Every trip to the hardware store started with me standing in the aisle, texting my wife, guessing at "16-by-something." The paint code for the hallway lived on a scrap of paper that's long gone.
So I built the thing I wanted: one calm, private place that just remembers the house for me — and nudges me, gently, five small things a month, tuned to our old home and our winters. No account, no cloud, nothing sold. It lives on my phone, and now it can live on yours.

What if I clear my browser or switch devices?
Because your record lives on your device, clearing this site's data erases it — that's the privacy trade, stated plainly. Download a JSON copy from Settings whenever you want a backup. Cross-device sync isn't in this beta.
Can I cancel a paid plan? Refunds?
Home Record ($29/yr) is billed through Stripe and cancel-anytime; access runs through the period you've paid for — see the Terms. AI House Coach is planned, but it is not on sale yet while live coach entitlement is finished.
